lime is good stuff .............most bang for your buck .that you can use ....every other fertiliser that you spread will work better when the ph has been corrected ......you will only see the results really next year when the lime has been truly absorbed into the soil ........i never regretted spreading it ......have spread 100s of tons on my small farm

Where I live, for 12$ an acre they’ll spread it with a floater. Money well spent.

Lime is not a fertilizer. It is a ph corrector. It has minerals like calcium in it also.
I’m hoping it will help get rid of the broomsage and thicken up the grass
