  • This 50 minute workout is focused on lengthening and strengthening muscles used for running. Alex focused on quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, calves, and glutes to give you a runner focused workout. No props needed.

    Picked up running + started training for a half marathon at the start of the year so this is perfect! I'm so excited to try this :)

    I run and I really enjoyed this workout, thank you Alex! You forgot to do circles on your left leg though lol

    I loved the routine. However, as you mentioned, some of the moves are intermediate to advance and not for a beginner.
    The abdominal sequence was excellent.

    Is it just me or did we skip the half circles on the left leg there at the end? 😂

      Yes she forgot to do the D shape circles for the left leg 🫠
