Your workouts are great. Only started recently but loving it. I do have a reformer but I don’t have all the additionals like te box or ball. Can I still do the exercises? Thank you

i love your classes ❤ I'm runner too and this class is perfect for me.
I love it when I find an instructor I resonate with. Not too fast; but its perfectly challenging, so many instructors try and turn the reformer into hiit program or some such, I get SO much more from the classical/original take where I can FEEL my body and focus on the balance of left to right... nice and steady and controlled.
