A loving mother of three adult children, Monica embarked on her meditation teaching journey in 2021, introducing her audience to the 21-Day Abundance Challenge, a heartfelt fusion of her love for music and meditation. The powerful combination of daily meditation and DJing resonated with her growing community, allowing her to cultivate a supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
With over 8K of dedicated followers on Twitch and an expanding reach on UA-cam, My Mindful Moments in Meditation continues to offer morning meditation sessions, now almost four years strong.
