This series has come right on time. I was watching in August when you were posting these, and knew that I would be grateful for the support very soon. I had to put my cat, Sapphire, down on Friday. We were together for nearly 20 years, and she is the absolute love of my life. The grief will stay with me for a long time, and I am grateful to have your meditations as a tool along this journey
