@@AllisKB That's very logical, but I thought the video said that he had secured water rights at some point. Makes me think he was able to irrigate from some source.
@@ja3482 I never said he wasn't able to irrigate. It was just a general statement about how farming in Utah works. Water is a limited resource. Dylan was a good kid just trying to carve out a life. The sad part is while this police officer was questioning James L.E. found out later Dylans remains were actually in the barn barely concealed. This sick murderer spoke this to this Police Officer/ Sheriff was literally standing a few fet drom Dylan's remains and James was acting like he didn't have a care in the world. Dylan showed kindness to James and allowed him to live rent free on his land and this is how this evil sick l, alcoholic, addict, sleef centered, ungrateful excuse of a man returned the favor. According to Dylan's Mom and Dad Dylan and his Grandpa has planned how to start a farm that would be profitable in the middle of a hot, dry desert. It was their collective dream. Dylan was actually proving that it could be done and done well. Many kids/ young men his age were focused on moving out of their parents home, attending college or finding a job experiencing freedoom, and girls. Not Dylan. He and his Grandpa had a vision/ dream. Dyaln was a young man, busting his butt, putting his nose to the grindstone, using his wits and knowledge drom gis Grandpa, and happily investing his wakking hours using his manual labor, passion for farming, intelligence, and will to suceed to make his goals and dreams come to fruition. When someone says I’d rather you Not check my van means to me he’s hiding something in there and the police made a huge mistake.
That cop was too trusting, goes completely against what cops are taught....never trust anybody ever.
I haven’t watched that part, but many times people can deny a search, and the police can’t without a warrant or other approval. So the police may have had no choice.
And worst would be if officers did search, then found something, and then it’s inadmissible in Court due to the illegal search.
And a “I don’t want you to search” can be someone who just has a leftover joint in there, or some “adult item,” etc. or they worry officers will “plant” drugs claiming they found them (rare but happens).
So by itself, refusing a search is a pretty unreliable red flag - might be sketchy, might be nothing.

I think you’d be shocked to find out the very large majority of crimes happen in metropolitan areas. Even if you put it down to per 100,000
That's good advice for anyone, not just rural areas.
im so confused why would he be mad if dylan parked under the garage if it was dylans land lol
Because he thought he was entitled to everything
Exactly. Entitled and jealous
How this psycho went as long as he did without already murdering a bunch more people, is a mystery. All it took was someone taking his parking spot and he straight up killed them and hid the body. Maybe there's a lot more unfound bodies out there due to this maniac?
Was curious what happened to this kid. Heartbreaking. Thanks for posting.
7:15 “It’s common knowledge everyone knows Kurt and your son were living in the saddle room that side room and in the back trailer together” So what’s this mean was this some kind of gay relationship??? The mom was all over the news talking and talking but she never disclosed this crucial sick fact to us
Speculation at best. They mentioned Ty wore lipstick. Idk, just details I guess.
Maybe he was suggesting a gay relationship. That’s what I thought
And just where was it documented as a “fact”?
@@choccolocco Eyewitness accounts is documented as fact even in this video evidence to the father himself in that call. You might want to watch it again
@@conqueringlion420
It was some guy who named a bunch of ppl and make accusations. That’s hearsay, not “evidence”, especially considering nothing he said had any validity, and it was a totally different person who did it.
@@choccolocco You need to study law before standing up and commenting out of emotion next time. “eyewitness testimony is admissible in court. It can be a crucial part of a case and can lead to convictions without physical evidence.”
If I lived here, Soon as I turned 18, I’d GTFO there and never look back
Killing someone 1/3 of your age, because of a disagreement, like, that kid hasn’t had a chance to make half as many mistakes as you, and you’ve had time to repent for those, but not giving another young man the same grace.
Don't trust anyone these days, especially if you have money in life. People are inherently greedy, and will use you for all your worth. And the worst kind will put a knife in your back. People are married for 40 years and in some cases never even really know the person they're married to. What does that tell you? I'm sure that kid never saw it coming.
Sad but true 😢
Sometimes, your light is too bright.
Hope you're right and he never had to know what hit him... what a mess 😢
Sounds like majority are not from God, but turned to Cains corrupt bloodthirsty bloodline.
This is literally how our society has crumbled.
it's wild how rumors spread in a tiny town like this where every home is 3 miles apart from each other
Only one spot to meet up after you all get off work from the same place.
@@Hogman926 Let me guess bars?
@@MrCharmz81most the time it's the cafes. Not every county can have bars, as my small town wasn't wet until 2 years ago
Crazy that you can describe somewhere as “The place with the tree”. I know deserts exist but it’s just wild to think of a town of ppl that don’t see trees regularly.
I've heard that A lot of russia is actualy relatively flat cold desolate land with no trees. I live in the NW where there are tons of trees everywhere, but I know of an huge area in the north where it's all just grass fields for miles and miles.
Now that you say it, yeah its really fucking weird
I live in one.
Just watched a show and there was ONE tree . ha! We were cracking jokes about it . Turn left at THE tree , can't miss it . I live in the wilderness , part of the Rocky Mts ,nothing BUT trees. I could never live anywhere now where there is no mountains and trees . BIG mts with BIG trees
Why is everyone living in campers in fields by railroad tracks and shit, in their moms backyard, like wtf am I watching rn 😂😂😂
Stay out of places like this. These little map dot towns in the desert are nothing but massive trouble.
Small town in massive trouble 😂😂😂
I live in Ina Illinois. Look up the Dardeen family murders, it was never actually fully confirmed who did it but they believe it was tommy lynn sells

Massive trouble and inbreeding it looks like...lol
I'll take my chances in a place like that over any city. Please stay in the city
How could you not drink or do drugs if you lived in that godforsaken hell hole?
Hence why everyone does meth in places like that.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
There’s a reason some places here in the Scottish Highlands and Islands have a massive problem with drink and drugs. Lots of weird fuckers about too, although to be fair, most of the weirdos are the folk who moved here from down south. They were either chased out of their towns or left before they were chased…..lots of very dodgy men.
Where and how do they even get them ?
Don't depressed me. I live in a shitty place and not wanna become a junkie.
Don't waste your time with this video.. it's 35 minutes you'll never get back
This one was sad. This kid he killed from what I've seen over the years seemed very mature and a very hard worker. Well beyond his years. I hate what this old shit did. The cops really sucked from the beginning. How could they let this go for so long when it was so damned obvious?
you need actual evidence
hindsight is 2020
He wasn't. He was a trust-fund shit that was only in the position he was in because he got a "small loan" from his dad for probably $100,000.
His dad seems like the "Contractor" type who goes up and hires guys to do the work that he bids while he sits in a truck drinking on the jobsite and watching youtube/facebook videos.
@@federalagent7334 hehe thats probably what the bozo old man rotting in jail that killed him tought .
@@federalagent7334 how does that mean he doesn't work hard? I really encourage you to use critical thinking instead of whatever brainrot your comment is
He’s literally wearing Dylan’s John deere hat. Nobody seems to notice that. There are photos of Dylan wearing that exact same hat and it’s newer so I highly doubt he already had one. That mf robbed him and went shopping. Had on boots just like his he was gonna keep them for himself but they most likely didn’t fit so he bought some with Dylans money and went on a shopping spree.
As someone who has lived in a small town in Idaho, everyone knows everyone, everyone has secrets, and I guarantee there's some bodies in remote places. But there's some really wonderful people. And some really scary people.
This is a great in-depth very descriptive video, Well done. Thank you
I could not imagine. I am so grateful his family loved him so much to conduct their own investigation. Because I have never heard of this channel, I will have to come back. This is just extremely sad.

Man, this really highlights the hard work that investigating truly is. So much attention to detail, trying to match the pieces of the puzzle, dealing with emotional people and reading body language constantly. Seems so stressful.
When somebody get to looking around as of looking for a person after being / questioned about the whereabouts of someone is guilty right off the back 😂
As soon as I've seen the thumbnail, I knew this was about Dylan. His story was the one that touched me the most. I cannot explain how incomprehensible this whole case is. Dylan was an amazing, beautiful mature soul in a young man's body. Such an inspiration to every human being. And to be betrayed like this, by someone whom he trusted?
Nah, this is too vile. It killed my hope in humanity.
RIP Dylan, world didn't deserve you anyway.
😢
Dylan was a trust fund baby that would've been nothing without his family's $ and getting hand-outs.
There are some people who actually have to work for what they have in life, and Dylan was clearly not one of those people.

Thanks for pointing out.
I highly doubt he only killed him because of the parking space. He would be too ashamed to say it was because he was working for, living on the land of and having to answer to a 19 yr old
