  • I am tired of cancer putting a burden on my life!
    I hope you are too!
It's not just the sickness, the treatment , the effects of both.
The burden of not being there for your family.
The not being able to do things for yourself.
The not being able to do things around that need to be done.
And some of the other things I have mentioned in other videos.
It is not just prostate cancer !
We are in this together, we will win this battle!
BELOW IS MY ENTIRE cancer protocol.
Hebs I use , then diet and then meds
    Milk Thistle
    Maca + Saw Palmento
    Calcium
    K2+D3
    Curcumin , Omega 3, pepper
    Magnesium
    Multi-B
Astralagus (Moves lymph garbage like cancer, to digestive system)
Berberine (moves digestive garbage through and out )
Ginseng (adaptogen)( Does a lot , including sugar)
    Wormwood(Ivermectin)(fights covid and cancer)
Black seed (cures everything but death)
    Cissus (bone builder)
    -------------------------------------------
    AND 2 CHINESE FORMULAS
Shen Tong Zhu Wan (for moving Qi (life force, blood)(Herb Depot is cheapest)
Ingredients include peach pit, Szechuan Lovage/Rhizoma Ligustici, Safflower, myrrh, female gensing, nutgrass, earthworm,
    Achyranthes Bidentata Root ,
Notopterygium incisum (Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii) Root,
    --------------------------
AND THE OTHER CHINESE FORMULA IS CALLED:
Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan with ingredients like Cinnamon, Poria, Cortex Moutan,
Radix Paeoniae, and Semen Persicae .
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
A few others we have tried is:
    Sheep sorrel
    Skullcap
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
This is a mix we made into capsules, that we take every day.
We call it the DNA capsule. It is made of certain amounts of
    Tumeric
    Pepper
    Black Seed
    Rosemary
    Ginger
    Astralagus
and I take an Omega 3 for the oil for absorbtion.
Remember, many herbs thin blood , so take things that thicken like spinach.
    **************************************************************
    MY NEW DIET!!!!
First thing that I did was ..April 1st, no more Pepsi
Started to cut out junk food ..chips,, etc
    Started eating vegetables
    Blueberries,
    broccoli, carrots, etc.
Trying to cut back on bread and pasta , hard to do...still.
drink a lot ..drink a lot!!!!
Chicken, and red meat doesn't have sugar , so , since we can't afford steak,,
we have one chicken for eggs and now we have 3 rabbits , so hopefully rabbit soon.
    My Meds :
    Tamsulosin Hcl .4mg
    Bicalutamide 50mg first 4 months.

I am by no means medically trained, at all.
I am learning ,as I go along.
You may not even be taking any ,or some of the meds, I am on.
At any rate , these videos may help you.
    God bless. Spike

In the waiting room at the radiation treatment centre, I asked other patients who had prostate cancer thinking we were all about the same, but we were all as individual as a finger print. Please don’t always compare yourself to others, we all have our own doctor and he will be treating each patient to their specific diagnosis. Do the best you can follow your doctor’s advice and LIVE YOUR LIFE. Praying for you.

21:41 Hi. I'm from Brazil. Was diagnosed 2 years ago. My PSA was 300. Metastatic 4 prostate cancer. It spreads to the bones and beyond.
I started with docetaxel. And lupron.
In 8 months my PSA was bellow 0.1.
I started zytiga . My PSA was low for one and half year. Now is increasing.
My last PSA was 0,24 last month.
I do exercise 300 minutes aerobic and 120 minutes muscle exercises in a week.
I eat vegetables and fruits. Chicken or fish every day. Eggs and red meat 1 once a week or less.
    God bless us

Hi Spike, thanks for your sensitive blogs on you prostate cancer and ts effect on your and your family's life.I am in England and fortunate to receive NHS treatment which is free at point of use .I have Enzalutamide and Zolaldex hormone treatments since christmas 2020.My Psa has reduced from 31 to 'almost undetectable'over the last 18 months. The side effects of mood swings and fatigue are now the most troubling things rather than the stage 4 cancer and metastases themselves. My Christian faith sustains me and I firmly believe that without God we can do nothing.God bless you and your family..Bill from UK

It’s indeed a heavy burden. But it is also a blessing. I know that sounds crazy. It’s a burden for the reasons you stated and more. So I won’t spend time on those. I feel it’s also a blessing for the following reasons. In my 8 years of battle so far. I have discovered things about myself that I may never have known, at least to the level I have. More strength than I knew I had. More vision into my beliefs and faith. More appreciation for the little things in life, things I might at times taken for granted. It’s forced me to be more patient and understanding than I had been before. It’s made me appreciate what I use to be able to do and what I still can do. It’s given me something that is always in the back of my mind but something I have learned to keep in the back of my mind when it doesn’t have to be front and center. This has given me the opportunity to live my best life under the circumstances. It has given me a more focused and positive perspective on life. It’s really made me a better person in these ways and more, so yes it is a heavy burden but a burden that has taught me about myself, my wife, life, faith in God. I’m under no illusion of the situation and I understand the ramifications of it. For me, I found a way to learn and become a better person in spite of it. And for that I consider it a blessing, not diminishing the burden just using what I can to turn as much as I can in to a positive. So to all of us with this burden I wish you the best, my prayers and a positive outlook. Gods blessings and the faith to keep moving forward in a positive direction no matter where we are led. 🙏

Thank you @@spikesrestomods. We all have good days, bad days and the days in between. And we all know it can always be worse. So to try and make the best of what you have, a realistic but positive outlook in my experience is what helps the healing.
You mentioned bone health, I know you’re taking supplements. I’ve been taking a product from a company called Therologic, the supplement is called Prosteon For Bone Health. It was recommended by my urologist before I started my first run on Lupron. Maybe something for you to check out, it may benefit you. Of course I’m not a doctor, so I can’t say to take it but it has kept my calcium level where it needs to be and kept me in the gym lifting weights. So far no bone density loss. God bless and glad to hear you’re doing and feeling better. Keep the faith and a positive mindset!

I failed to mention in my first comment that I had a Transrectal ultrasound and prostate biopsy done on March 02, 2022. I have been experiencing lower back pain as well as neck pain. I am not getting much sleep at night due to my frequent need to urinate.AS far as my mental health goes, I am pretty optimistic. My wife took the news of my cancer harder than I did.

In March of 2022, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Prostate Cancer (T3a [EPE on Bx] Gleason 4+5 PSA 41.4 prostate cancer involving 12 of 12 cores). I under went a CT Chest (Thorax) w 20shortly there after. Shortly after the scan I was started on a (Zoladex) hormone treatment. I was started on Abiraterone and Prednisone in April of 2022.In July 2022 I had a CT Scan & Markings in preparation for External Radiation treatment. After the 20 radiation sessions were completed (in September , 2022), my PSA had dropped from an initial reading of 41.4 to 0.26. My latest reading in January 2024 was .061. My Hormone injections were ended in December 2023 and my Abiraterone and Prednisone medications will be halted at the end on March 2024. After that it will be more blood tests and taking on a wait-and-see attitude to see wher my PSA goes.
