Lunch egg roll roti 1 ts chutney
5 almond 2 walnut green tea

Your channel is very unique and funny as the same time how is work on daily basic to control our body. My exercise the first 2 days was a bit hard but it's stable now. My problem is two things to avoid my foods 1. avoid sugar level foods 2. cholesterol foods between that I now care about myself what I eat not 5 years back careless eating. Godless your family. Your channel is valuable for everyone who need help.

Thank you Natasha for sharing. l had tried egg diet last year but it caused me to have cholesterol that l don't normally have, most especially when l added oil to my food and I used olive oil most of the time. When you're cooking and adding oil and chess how about cholesterol? Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Mam, updating you after completing egg diet from Monday to Thursday. Today weighed myself and I have lost 2.5Kgs 😀😀 I was finding it difficult to loose weight with a diet plan where protien was considerably low,as recommended by a dietitian. But after following the egg diet, I have lost from 99.4 to 96.9 - 2.5kgs. Today and tomorrow I'll follow your banana diet (as im following a vrat) , already started following.. 😀😀😀 thank you so much mam..
Even I didn't face constipation as I kept myself hydrated enough, also drank chia seeds water at 4pm everyday which i usually do and followed everything you suggested in the video.. I've thyroid pcod slow metabolism issue...
