To update the maps in this navigator, you need to contact the customer care service. They will provide you with a link where you can download the file for the latest version of the maps.

@@Jobin_Thomas they told me today you have to pay to get the updates, its nearly £100 a year, my satnav does nothing when I plug it in and they told it its about £86 for technical support

You cant as they seem to have stopped trading. Say that Lifetime Updates can be made from website but there is no access for updating on the website. There is a chat available but no one responds
