CT thank you for sharing your world and wisdom with others. I was bed bound with my heart hurting daily. I could barley move around my house from the pain in my chest. I kept a positive mindset because of you while the Doctors couldn't figure it out. I lost 20lbs of muscle I had worked hard for. Finally after 2 years they figured out I had Severe Sleep Apnea. I didn't think someone who was lean and worked out their whole life could have sleep apnea. 6 months later after using a cpap machine I can push 100% in the gym and gained all my muscle back. Watching CT did two things to me... first it made me get training and go from 127 lbs bodyweight to 190 in 7 months while working around my injuries. Second, it made me feel like a loser to know that what I went through in my 40 years of life was enough to make quit in the first place. Thank you ct, I needed that dose of perspective. Lets see if I can reach 225 lbs. No quitting until I either get there or... twice.

Thanks C. T you have helped me realize I can take control of my disability and walk again. For 10 year I have been restricted for walking without the help of mobility devices but today I plan on taking my first steps without assistance from a walker or individual, one step at a time until I have completely recovered. No more pills for every illnesses it's time to fight until I win. Once one of the top high school 🏫 and college for a freshman bench press in the early 80th and I will be in the game again.
