I don't understand how one would ask the question of ''what happened to the old you''. It sounds like that one friend who doesn't want us to progress to be able to be on the same low level that he is on. I would not want to look back in a few years relizing that I haven't changed since.
Salute to you Mike much more success in everything. Anything that doesn't grow is dead so I respect growth on all levels
I watched that gym gang video addressing mike. What I gathered from it is that gym gang feels as if other established fitness motivators such as mike, CT, etc owe them something because they're trying to get put on too. What gym gang dosnt seem to understand is that mike, CT, and others got to where they are, without asking for anyone's helping hand. They made shit happen themselves and now they are in the position they are through hard work and grinding their ass off. No one owes anybody shit in life. If you want something go get it and make it happen. But don't get mad at others who are successful because you feel entitled that they should help you out for whatever reason. Peace and respect mike, later ✌🏾
Real Talk. Life is construction. If you don’t start building, you’ll be jealous and envious...
Keep up the good work mike I respect a man who takes care of his children

Bro i've been semi copying your one meal a week my bench went up and I lost 5lbs in 5 days do you think thats too much? should I eat more in one meal or get another meal in?
this is motivation to me thanks wish you well I sub and clicked the bell for you because I look up to you and ct you two made me change the way I live
Very honest and he's right. The end of the day we are all human and cant please everyone. Here from the UK thanks for the videos including CT Fletcher. It has improved our performances in the gym as fathers trying to be healthier for our family including ourselves. Even some the trainers have been jumping into our workouts and commenting on how our workout surpasses others in the gym. We are not bodybuilders or huge muscle guys but our strength has improved and we feel that we also get a cardio out of it. Us from Brixton London appreciate the videos.
Greatness is always challenged and dissected. Mike will continue to be great because of his humility, knowledge, and personality. This brother inspires me and so many others. God bless him!

Congrats Man like you say no everything is about being at the gym 24/7. It's time to grow mentally, financially and spiritual 🙏🏻🤙
been waiting on this. . mike would have killed it at the event
Excellent fuckin video big homie. Keep doing you bro, I appreciate it foreal.💪🏾
whats good Mike,
'Ive been a fan since 2014, quick question -
I've been lifting since the 9th grade and throughout college. My gf wants to workout but never had to, she wants to keep her curvy shape but not masculine as they all say. what's the best way to introduce her to getting into a regular routine without scaring her away from the gym because of the way I train?
Women and men are both humans and women cannot gain muscle like men so she will be fine just doing a proven program
Thank you for being so real god bless
Hey Mike, you prolly hear this question a lot, but how is your strength with regards to this one meal a day plan? Do you adapt? Thanks King 🙏
Mike rashid is a humble dude. Keep doing you're thing big homie
#Alphasquad
been watching your shit for a while now brotha...like all of it from the workouts to the mental aspects as well. As somebody who watches u, CT and big Rob I for one was hype when that gym gang s*** happened, cuz I knew it was for the entertainment part of it. Was like damn, Rashid not gonna come Rep for his squad haha..feel u on dude tryna make it sound like a "beef", notta good look, but at the end of day you know that it was jus for entertainment..hold down ur squad/fam...even if u didn't think u were "needed" lol..much respect tho...keep up the content 👍💪
im glad they made that challenge. i like competitiveness. keeps me on my toes. its good that it wasnt any real beef to
bell's been on since it was available, greetings from the netherlands, you should hop by some time
We (GYM GANG) held a great conversation with Mike Rhashid today. Mike also contributed some helpful advice and we look forward to working with him (The Appropriate way) Theirs no such thing as beef in the community we all service. We all came from the same back ground and we've exceeded that. Our gold is to feed the general public with healthy information and a juster way of living. Salute to Mike Rhashid and his entire staff.
I know this is old and I recently ran across gym gang. I like what yall do in general but all that calling out is corny. Most times, we already have been there and try to get off that. I have, Mike has, yall have. We all grew up in the inner city and came from those areas. At some point it would be cool to see people in fitness work together without the friction! I think MOST people want to see more positive without the ego or the tough guy image. Mike inspires and shows positivity. All that calling out is like bullying and is corny. But yall both keep working. No offense...but you will see who makes it where and why they make it. Mike is on a totally different agenda and maturity level I can see. Some of these fitness guys on youtube are still stuck in "street mode" while the ones who succeed are in "business mode"---both won't occupy the same space. It's not impressive. Super corny. Get money
@@vloginstrumentals4217 I agree with just about everything you said, however the reason why most people watch is because of beef/conflict or perceived beef. There is a reason why rivalry games in sports are the most exciting to watch; both teams hate each other and it makes it that much more engaging.
Again you're not wrong about focusing on business over the street culture, but most people like the drama.
