Last night, I loaded up my dumbbells 10lbs past what I could handle. My right bicep was ready to crawl into bed before the start and I commanded it to curl! I did standing curls and when the right bicep was shaking at almost the half-way point, I commanded it to curl again and was able to pull off two more reps!
