I know I'm late but this has touched my soul. Been overweight and lazy since 2009. Battling high blood pressure, now onset of Congestive Heart failure(left side heart weakness), all by laziness and poor ass eating habits. Im the only fat guy in my family. I was distraught, loss my job the other day. Until I saw this...thank you CT. Thank you Lord!

My very good friend that I went to high school with and have known for 40 years had a heart transplant A beautiful 18-year-old girl lost her life I was able to enter deuce her father to my friend and he was able to hold him in his arms and know that he is alive because of the blessing his daughter gave to feel so blessed and so hurt at the same time

In 1996, when I was 13, my father was given 6 months to live because 85 percent of his liver was dead. He lived 3 years, and was given a liver transplant at Baylor in Dallas Texas. He was told he wouldn't live over 2 years after the transplant, but lived 9 more years. He was twice blessed, and I thank God for his donor/angel...a 21 year old woman by the name of Sue Lynn from Dallas, Texas. May she and my father rest peacefully. Thanking God for all organ donors... This documentary has moved me to tears...

My Popz is on the same list...25% heart function but you couldn't tell. They had to drag him off his bicycle. He averaged riding 40-60miles every week to train for a 100 mile event every year. Facing pancreatic issues myself. The fact his son let him do that 1 pushup and then stand by his side and tell him I knew you could do it dad really brought me to tears. Being a big guy and a super hero in your kids eyes and then facing a life changing event it really humbles you. I knew I was in trouble when I dropped from 225 of solid brick to 192 in 6 months. You give me hope and faith and knowing my son will be that support I need by my side just makes it that much better. Keep fighting brother 💪

I lost my dad in ICU in the beginning of this year he put up a good fight and I will see him on the other side someday this video brought back memories of ICU thank you for being a strength to others and for being a good example to all of us CT in the gym out the gym and in the worses floor in the hospital gods got a huge plan for you thank you
I was watching this video with just pure interest to see this mans story, and out of no where when he said I knew what she felt in that moment... a wave of emotion came. I can’t explain why I felt so sad during that but I just feel for this man. No matter how much someone says they are okay with death, nobody truly is, especially all those in their families who have to live with that experience. I truly pray for he and his family, and for all others out there who have, had, and will experience a moment like this. I truly hope we live the best of our capabilities, try to be good people, and that God will accept us in the next life.

Brought tears to my eyes! I’m a survivor myself open heart surgery at 13 years old and now I’m 55. I can relate to this man and his story. I don’t have any weight lifting championships or bodybuilding trophies. But I train hard now with my son. I also learned everything from a Staten Island bodybuilder named Leon brown who trained with Arnold back in the day, and recently passed away at 74. I listen to CT and watch his videos for motivation. Keep on trucking CT love you. One day I want to meet you.

Thank you CT, . Got fing pneumonia 5 times, almost died the last time in March cuz had bacterial pneumonia, the Flu, fungal infection in lung, infection around heart and sepsis. Took my strength, my weight. 6'2" at 245, now 210. Winded walking down stairs, thanks CT seeing you push it to healthy is awsome. Keep kicking ass CT.

I love this man and everything he stands for. I had a left lung transplant on Memorial Day 2020. This was after open heart surgery in 2018. CT and a select few others have inspired my “come back” as I started lifting weights again after taking 20 years off. I started with 8 lb weights and couldn’t even bench just the bar. I have made incredible progress thanks to people like CT Fletcher telling their stories.

I know the feeling. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure a few years back. Doctor told me that the next time I went to sleep I would not wake up. I am still here and I don't know why God is keeping me here. Sometimes I feel out of place. I don't know what to make of it. I guess I have to decide if I am going to be a miracle to others or be reclusive.
It's not yo time yet, God still have some plans in storage for you! May you continue to blossom, strive, and be all you can be! As well as share your testimony! And keep on staying prayed up. 🙏

I had two heart attacks, and have damage in lower left portion of my heart. Still going to gym, still living life as full as I can. Had tears watching this, my thoughts and prayers are with you and yours. You truly inspire others, keep up the good work! God bless.
How did you damage your hearts?
My heart attack did it. I was flown by helicopter to a hospital, but a lot of time passed before I had surgery. They said if I was without help any longer I wouldn't had made it. Doctors said i was lucky I made it at all.

Felt like I went to hell late last year. Pain was severe enough that I felt truly alone for the 1st time in 44 years. I happened to find CT's story by chance while searching for inspiration. I immediately felt a sense of peace. I was at my rock bottom but somehow knew I'd be ok. No matter how bad shit was getting, I felt comfort when I listened to CT. They say all heroes don't wear capes and that not all Angels have wings. CT is proof of that
C.T. my brother I have the utmost respect for you. When I was at my lowest point you are someone who helped me by speaking what I never heard from father and the story of how your mother faced her fears and lived her life changed me and helped me out of depression and even contemplating suicide. There's just something about CT isn't there. I mean: I pride myself on being able to see the weasel in every man. But, take away all the charisma, entertainment and motivation he brings to the table (which I see past any way) and you got one genuine, special guy there. I can honestly say: he's the only one I never talked to....I'd actually feel something if he wasn't around. A truly unique & remarkable individual.
Just started watching him this year..i seen a few of me favorite wrestlers on his show working out an just clicked on me..been watching many shows of his weight lefters.an hear him speak to them for motivation.then seen this truly blessed an important man to many.half to say love this guys old an new heart.GOD TRULY has a strong mam on his team..AMEN.BLESS TO U ALL

Ct Fletcher is such an inspiration I wish I could talk to him in person one day or even write him he has inspired me through depression when I was at my lowest when I wanted to end it his motivation gave me hope to keep going and I hope that whoever is going through tough times and lowest to make it through, you’re not alone and I’m proud to say that I’m working my way to success and I know anyone else can do it
