LD51 Every hood gym got a CT Fletcher or Kali Muscle. When I left the hood and had to go to these paid gyms they became mythical beast that you only see on UA-cam. Maybe a Tonys gym but not ever day. Because I see in the comment sections all the time how ppl are shock by guys being jack. I used to train with ppl who was on CT level. 2-3 hour weight lifting sessions bruh. Its a reason why those guys are jack in their mid 30's and 40's benching over 400 easy. Think about 10-15 years of constant weight lifting.

I'm a cancer survivor... left me so weak that even though I won that battle 6 years ago I still am unable to lift more than 25 lbs. I'm a skinny man 33 years, 120lbs, and since watching My Magnificent Obsession I dragged my ass to the gym. I do my max weight as many reps as possible before passing out and I've gained the respect of everyone there! My forms not great but it's getting better so I want to thank you for the inspiration!

CT is cool af. Ran into him at muscle beach in Venice around 2013 I think. Muscle Pharm was doing a release for a new line of supps and he was working out in muscle beach. Arnold was there too.
Anyways, I paid the day fee to get into muscle beach and told CT I always wanted to do a set with him hyping me up and asked if I could trouble him to spot me for one set. He did lol. And then he wrote on a paper “Anthony, I COMMAND you to grow!” And signed that shit. I must’ve been 160lbs max but I felt like 260 after that set. Then I gtfo of there lol.

During the full lenght of the video I was waiting for Kai to stop CT for a sec and say "Of course it is easy how about trying full range for once in your life" lol.
Kai was lifting 50. You couldn't see the numbers on ct but they were bigger than kai. No matter what, at that high a weight. Full range isn't needed. You put major stress on the muscle just attempting it.
Also CT has a bad elbow and can't move it move it all the way.

It's not a popularity contest, it's all about details. I think we all can agree that the olympia is bullshit. It doesn't show who has worked the hardest and or has the biggest muscles. The genetics will decide. Just look at the 2011 mr olympia when Jay pose next to phil. Jay was way bigger and had more width than phil but phil looks way more impressive in poses.
