Those bits you used for grinding away the putty are called burrs. Sometimes they're made out of carbide so they're called carbide burrs sometimes they're made out of high-speed steel if you're doing wood or softer materials but if you wanted buy more on the internet you would look up carbide or high-speed steel burrs. I believe those are 1/8th in. Shank
Nice 👌🏻 ti raar da playdoh u nog nie sponsort 😂
Liever Lego technic
I have a 1996 ciao and it accelerates really poorly! What could be the thing causing this and how should i fix it?
Wow
@@semke88 oke super gaaf,goed bedacht .
Ik ga de video eens bekijken.
Bedankt.
Mvg Dennis
Geen probleem Dennis
Good morning sir. I am from India sir. I have Kinetic luna super electronic. It's engine same as the ciao, vespa, Piaggio. My problem is the crankcase petrol sheet hole is very small. Engine not run by when exelarator dawn. Cylinder size 38 mm 0.4mm piston. So plz help me what can I do.
Very good video. Are you happy with the DR Zylinder? I am looking for a durable Zylinder with some extra power but not to much.
I am pretty happy about this cilinder. Good bang for your buck
@semke why did you have to grind out the metal housing where the crankshaft arm is? Would it not fit otherwise?
we call this port matching. this simply ensures that there is a better flow from crankcase to cylinder. there are several levels that you can do this. you can go extreme or normal. what I've done is still pretty normal. but you are under no obligation to do so. your moped will run even if you don't.
@semke I bought a 70 cc cylinder kit with 12 mm pin, will the new piston fit in the original crankshaft arm hole? or do I need to purchase a new crankshaft to fit the pin in the hole?
the original crankshaft of mine was with a p10 mm connection. so you may have to buy another one. I don't know about other models but with my vespa piaggio ciao 25km / hour, it was a p10 mm connection
This is not Piaggio Vespa.....this is Piaggio Si
right i was asking my self be very new to the game. I didn't think so ether . I mean don't scold me if I'm wrong, but ?????
You did not connect the 2 boost ports. You waste some oif the goodness like this. But it will run ok anyway.
and you dont need a head gasket. You loose a bit of compression there.
Send it go me i will take it
if you want racing just throw the moped and buy a motorcycle.
I own a Honda cbr 600 rr
