1、綠豆粉漿用料:
綠豆450克
清水1000毫升
2、綠豆凉粉:
濃縮綠豆粉漿240克
綠豆水1200毫升
醬汁:
油少許
1湯匙蒜蓉
2湯匙生抽
1/4茶匙糖
少許辣椒
1湯匙芝麻醬
2湯匙青檸汁
1. Ingredients for mung bean milk:
450g mung beans
1000ml of water
2. Mung bean jelly:
Concentrated mung bean dough/milk 240g
Mung bean water 1200ml
Sauce:
A little oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
a little chili
1 tablespoon sesame sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
