BRUNSWICK® CRISPY TUNA PATTIES

Video Recipe: BRUNSWICK® CRISPY TUNA PATTIES
INGREDIENTS
2 can BRUNSWICK® FLAKED TUNA in OIL, drained
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 eggs
2 tbsp. chives, chopped
2 tbsp. onions,
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp. butter
2 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Hot sauce or ketchup for dipping
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix the BRUNSWICK FLAKED TUNA IN OIL, lemon juice, eggs, chives, onions, parsley, butter, and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Form into 12 patties and fry approximately 3 minutes on each side.
3. Serve with hot sauce or ketchup for dipping and a fresh salad.
Servings: 6
Time 20 minutes
