What is the name of the flavor towards the end of your video to your left?
Hey, do you know what the white specs are in the protein? You can probably see it more in the mocha flavor lol
Probably just part of the ingredients or an anti-caking ingredient so it doesn't clump together
In your honest opinion, whats better Nutribio or Transparent Labs, as both seem really good but not completely sure which
I don't have any experience with Nutribio, but I can say that from all the other supplement brands I've tried, Transparent Labs is THE BEST

my cinnamon toast flavor came in today. it tasted horrible with water. cinnamon made it bitter. maybe i’ll try with milk

Is it worth it or should I stick with Optinum Nutrition?
Hard to say. I guess the 3 questions to ask yourself to decide that would be:
Do you want or need whey isolate vs a isolate concentrate blend?
Is TPL not using artificial sweeteners or colors important to you?
Do you want to try different flavors than what you've been taking with Optimum Nutrition?
Based on how many of those questions you answer yes to, it may or may not be worth switching and trying TPL.

Is it high
Cholesterol comes from fat. Most protein shakes contain almost no fat, meaning there won't be much cholesterol so that's not really something that's worth mentioning in regards to a protein supplement in my opinion. Plus, your fiber intake will have a greater impact on your cholesterol levels than your cholesterol intake will.
