Kyle Petty says NASCAR 'can't listen' to drivers about repaving tracks

Over the years, just the mention of repaving a race track sent shivers down the spines of fans, drivers and teams. But did recent repaves at North Wilkesboro, Sonoma and Iowa prove it's not the end of the world when fresh asphalt gets laid down?
In this clip from PRN's Fast Talk, NASCAR on NBC analyst Kyle Petty explains why NASCAR shouldn't put much stock into complaints from drivers and teams when it comes to repaves. Drivers fought against a repave at Atlanta, saying the track was fun to drive. But the TV product wasn't compelling for fans.
Brad Gillie also weighs in on repaves and why drivers and teams were justified to be concerned about the so-called Frankenstein repave at Iowa Speedway.
