Meditation is a great way to exercise focus, since you have to sit and focus on something simple like the breath, and gently bring your attention back to it every time it wanders. Presently doing this 10 minutes a day and working up to 20. When I used to do this as a young one I could go for about an hour and my focus was amazing.
Great content, thanks for the ideas!

That's quite true. But like what the video has stated about stimulation, we need to train our brain to have more focus and more endurance to less interesting topics as well.
Our focus can be developed and improved with constant training. And there will come a time when we will be able to find the value of the books or anything that we found less interesting before because by then, we will able to give more attention to it regardless if we find it great or not.

You're so right about the consuming the short stimulated things.I literally can't watch videos if i dont put them in speed, its very hard to listen to any content which is slow paced and has one single topic stretched out for longer than a minute,it just proves to me how much tiktok and instagram destroyed my brain

My strength level is pretty much infinite because I genuinely love reading books, so I can do that all day without having the urge to do anything else. But I believe that's merely because I enjoy, and it was something else I didn't like my strength would've definitely been a lot lower.

Let us say you enjoy drawing but you have to study a subject you dont like, you can study that subj for 50 min and take a 10 min break in which you draw or do something you like its like a reward so your mind pushes you to do your work knowing that there is a 10 min break ahead (promodoro technique) maybe you already knew this but its helpful to me

Like for example, other youtubers say "If u want to concentrate leave your cellphone and eliminate all distractions" and then they go to the next tip without giving u options
But Pill explains "oh well if u can't do this take it slow and train little by little take a break until the ur focused stamina is longer and becomes a habit, here's how"
