Why are people calling her disgusting? she’s a COMPETITIVE EATER, don’t expect her to eat so lady-like. Dipping her food onto the drink is one of her strategies on competitions and alot of competitive eaters also does the same. Like do you expect a competitive eater to eat so polite and lady-like in a competition? 🙄
I'd imagine it'd be hard to find two competitive eaters in the area that don't know each other in some way since a lot of eating competitions are the same people in the area showing up. So, I'd imagine a lot of competitive eaters know each other in some capacity. Much like how a lot of boxers, for instance, know each other in some capacity.

Exactly. I'm a texture person, so soggy food/bread would make me gag/vomit. This is why I can't be a competitive eater. And I hate being messy or sticky. So it's just not for me. Lol

If the goal is to eat the whole thing the speed strat doesn't work. As you can see like 20% of the food ends up on the smeared on the table, still on their hands, falls into the cup, etc. I get that in food competitions eating like 75-90% of the food is enough. It just feels so unsatisfying to watch someone "beat" another person by like 1 second while still having entire bites worth on the table or in their hands.
