Wish I still had my 86 I sold way back in 1995...Had a his/hers sunroof, the same square tube front grill, your paint color is very close to what my uncle painted on my truck, even down to the “Butterfly Window” had to fine even back then..!! Thank you man! Appreciate it! So for the wires condemned, on the 720’s the engine and and body harness are built together. So basically I pulled the whole harness out and removed the loom and just went through the harness and whatever was connected to the engine side of things I cut and removed the wires. For the swap, at first I used the sr20det engine harness and ran it on its own fuse box (can-am box) they sell for theses swaps. Than I moved to fueltech and built the whole harness from ground up.
Congratulations on spending $20,000 and restoring a truck now worth $10,000. 😳 I've still got my 86 Model 720 I bought new in the Fall of 85. It's still in remarkable shape for it's age but not in perfect mint shape. However, I've seen the market value of what they are worth when restored and it's a far cry from the price you would get from a restored 66 Corvette. So for now I'll just keep driving it occasionally. Thanks, I enjoyed the video.
2 things I would address, the gas tank definitely installed under the bed and the wheels. I would either install a set of 280Z or JDM wheels for the street. The truck is very nice. Enjoy the hell out of it. 👍

How much did build cost ? I have a 720 and would love 2 do this. So I'm thinking total build with everything that was shown in video around 10- 15k . Build was nasty that's how I envision my 720 as well. Just need to find someone in the 808 to do it
Brake booster is just an assist to make the pedal softer, removing the booster makes the pedal slightly harder so requires a little more pressure to brake.

did the engine mount just bolt in straight away or did you have to modify it much?
Used a p2m sr20 engine mount and made a custom frame mount and made sure the angle and all were correct before I welded the frame mount in
