Tried these recently and I woke from my sleep thinking about how amazing they were. Very very nice! Thank you so much for SHARING this beautiful yet simple CROWD PLEASER 🎉🎉❤
Thanks for sharing I think a lot of people have a lot of ways of making their rice. I think it might have been a little bit too much tomato sauce. And I put a little bit of ham or some kind of smoked sausage to give the flavor before I add the sofrito. I do a little bit of advice about the foil instead of lifting the foil up you going to fold it down and make a crease around the pot just to seal the vapor inside the pot.
I have had this recipe 3 ways-tomatoe sauce, sofrito, sazon, gandules…..sauce, sazon, sofrito, olives, gandules, and sauce, sofrito, hamon, sazon, cilantro, gandules….all are amazing 💟💟💟
Im confused lol😂 Is the recipe in this video (with 2tsp of everything and 1 can for each) for 2 cups of rice or 4? You confused me when you mentioned the site vs the video lol.
For anyone wondering about her "Thanksgiving" comment, settle down. In addition to the typical game hunted for the feast, the Pilgrims also brought Arroz Con Gandules and Mac 'N Cheese to the first Thanksgiving and the Indians brought (among other things), green bean casserole with those petrified onions and lasagna. So yes, all those are traditional Thanksgiving fare. Back to the recipe.
WEPA!! Never tried it with the broth before and I must admit, it came out RIQUISIMO!!🇵🇷
I love all rice! Plus the way people cook it, so many different ways!

Los olivos con todo el agua lo echo??
Heyy, from TikTok love your videos . How much sofrito you added in the beginning ?
do you got to use pork seasonings
Wow the whole bottle?!? 😮 but yes whenever I cook and add them people are shocked that’s what I use but I do dice mine up especially with kids
Rice to liquid ratio? And did you use parboiled rice?
How long did you cook it before you first checked it? Or should I just go based off how much water is left in the pot?
How did you learn how to cook so well? and do you have a cookbook of all of your recipes on your UA-cam or Instagram?

Where can I find the measurements??
You must be in Florida!!!
What’s the name of the green blended thing that I can buy
It's called sofrito. Basically peppers onion and garlic blended up.
Look up a recipe for sofrito. And it’s more than peppers and onions and garlic. The main ingredients are culantro (shado Beni) and cilantro.
God bless your hand !!! I wish I can smell your food though the phone. May you please post more , we love you ! ❤❤❤❤
looks so gooood
Can you share your homemade sofrito recipe?
Sure 😊
Don't drain the coconut milk. Extra goodness like the chicken broth.👌
