Mercedes W210 Front Bumper and Headlight Removal (Facelift 2000-2002)

Instructions on how to remove the front bumper and headlights on all facelift model w210s. Model years 2000-2002. For all cars E320, E430, E55 AMG, etc. It is necessary to remove the front bumper to be able to remove the headlights on facelift cars.

Great video bro, I discovered/exacerbated a short in the cooked wiring harness trying to figure out why my high beams weren’t working on my E430. I was trying to be careful but I felt the sheath break to pieces and one of the marker sockets crumbled in my hand so I will be doing new headlights this weekend and this video will help a ton! Thanks!

My personal car has the same issue. Going to rewrap each individual wires so I don’t have to take a bumper off again😂

@@SoCal210 I did that on my w211 E55 but they were pretty far gone and I ended up putting a set of black projector beams on it and I plan on restoring the originals to be put back in after the bumper gets painted but all of my projects on the AMG are on hold until I get the E430 the way I want it for a daily. I just did the springs (twice) after the eBay E55 springs I bought late one night turned out to have already been cut a coil in the front and half in the back and turned out to be a little too low for my late 40’s backside and while I loved the way it looked and handled, it was a little rougher than I was happy with for a car that’s supposed to be comfortable on long trips and bad roads so I ended up getting a set of STAGG sport lowering springs, #1 front and #2 rear caps with a set of KYB shocks and it looks, rides and handles exactly how I want it now. It needs exhaust and a set of wheels to complete it but I am trying to stay on a budget and not make the AMG suffer too much. Keep up the W210 content!

I just swapped the harness in the right headlight cluster on my wife's E320. Pretty easy to do. But I think I'll probably put in new clusters if I have to do something like this again, since the lenses are a bit cloudy (19-year-old plastic just gets that way, y'know).
