Suggest you make them fresh. Keep them separate, the puree and the milk and add the puree only when you make the drink :-)

My suggestion. If you are making it for home use, I suggest using glass bottles that can be washed, not plastic.

My rule of thumb is if the bottles come in factory seals then there is no need. Similar to your plastic cups.
