So true! My dad grew up in Jersey. They park outside, Mr. Amos runs in, returns minutes later with a brown paper back that he tucks in his jacket. They go back to the school and his parting words to my dad were, “Hey, *last name* ain't no one need to know bout this.” Of course my dad was cool with it and only shared it many years later.
Not licensed, probably not paying taxes, real possibility underage get their hands on these, no safety protocol and if someone gets sick they could sue you. Wayyyyy too much liability.
This video is really poorly done in that regard... they're so focused on the "good vibes" that they completely disregard the legality of it all. Not saying that to hate on the dude, but it would've been a lot more interesting to explore that aspect of it. Has he ever been arrested or fined for selling alcohol on the street? Hell, I'd buy these, but it seems odd to just gloss over the legality of it entirely. Seems fairly likely that cops have shut him down before, and if not, where the hell are the cops?
