RECIPE:
3 Liters of drinking water
80-100g Instant Coffee
150g Non-dairy creamer
250-300g white or brown sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 can (about 370ml) evaporated milk
Approximate total cost for the mixture = 180-200 pesos
Yield = 15 bottles X 300ml
Cost per bottle (excluding the bottle) = 12-13 pesos
Bottle (300ml) = 10 pesos
Total Cost per bottle = 22 pesos
Suggested Selling Price (at least) 60 pesos
Total Sales = 900 pesos
Total Cost = coffee + bottle = 330 pesos
Profit for 15 bottles = 570 pesos!

Man U teach wonderful coffee recipes. I have started to watch your videos from week only, that’s why I don’t know the difference between Evaporated milk & Regular Milk? Will you teach us Evaporated Milk recipe.
I wish but I don't make evaporated milk. :-) You should be able to find them in supermarkets. They could be replaced with half & half or half cream as some countries would call them. Others would call them liquid creamer. Good luck!

On the other side of business, I do have a question about kitchen inspection. I know places that create food and drink need to have a kitchen inspection by some sort of local government agency. Is this business model different for homes? If it isn’t, was it hard to get your kitchen approved for customer food/drink creation?
If you would like to start a legitimate business operations then yes you should comply with local regulations. Many start with trials at home and then move to opening a proper shop later Once you are happy with your trials you should consider getting a license.

I guess your version wouldn't have a long shelf life, otherwise you have to add some preservatives. Non dairy creamer fits in the botteled version. Correct me if I am wrong, we are here to learn.

Hmm, it might be your coffee? It should not be sour. It should be smooth. Please adjust proportions depending on your instant coffee.

Hello, thank you for stopping by. These have no=preservatives so they are good up to 7 days chilled. Since there is no fresh milk in the recipe, some even say up to 2 weeks! All the best! :-)

Hi, thanks for your inforamtion but the sound quality is terrible. All the production work you did was basically 30% in quality. You have lighting, tripods, camera, you might even had an assistant, but you didn't do a quality check. Also, if your going to talk about costing then your numbers should have been written down and shown to your viewers. Not hating your channel, just giving constructive criticism. Feedback is all.

You can use any non-dairy creamer. Coffeemate works best with coffee
