Renton..."Ahead of the Curve"...?
Where is a good place to find affordable small 1-2 br townhouses near Seattle? Senior 55+ communities would be fine
hello thete [mr. b...kaid here...I'm living in Camelot in S. Everett...been here for years; thinking or thought about moving to a smaller and cheaper digs, maybe still in the greater seattle area; dunno...!?
Could you talk about Covington?
no Renton?
How about burien?
How is Kenmore?
Kenmore is a great spot. I grew up right next to Kenmore, in Brier, and highly recommend the area
hi bryce...kaid again; why would anyone want to move to Seattle?; I know we have lots of jobs, that we're of nice scenery, that we're a growing tech hub, et, but what with the COL in Seattle, why why why?
Seattle and Gomorrah is done.
seattle suburbs are really great but seattle is dead. siphon off seattle, focus on bellevue for any economic growth.
"The median age in Bellevue is 37.7 years". About right. Bellevue is home to mostly college educated people who have lived in the Seattle area for about 30 years while working higher paying jobs and want their kids to go to "good" academically obsessed Bellevue school district schools. If you're in your 20s, or don't work for Microsoft, Bellevue isn't the place to be.
