Lake Forrest Park and Kenmore are pretty safe. Enough shopping but if you want cheaper, go to a nearby city for a Costco, Freddy's etc. LEOs can be a bit screwy there. If you want to use the Burke Gillman for commuting, try to avoid it on weekends. Too many crazy tour de france wannabes who don't use passing warnings and treat the trail like their personal race track. It gets worse on weekends. Kirkland has ongoing long term construction projects currently so be aware of that and learn your backroads. Also... There is some street racing garbage out there close to residential areas.
Snoqualmie is part of the east side, it's just really far east. If upyou work in the eastside the commute is probably comparable to Kenmore or even less depending on where your office is.
The moment you say Sammamish, I think Ted and his little yellow bug. 😂 It was a different time I suppose. Kenmore is right over the county line, along with Lake Forest Lark so your taxes are going to be insane. But you got Brier and then unincorporated Snohomish county right there baby!
Maple valley is a lot better than Lake Stevens in terms of traffic. The traffic north of Lynnwood is one of the worst in the entire state. There is no relief even on the weekends.
They can't..... The last two homes were sold for over well over 1 million up to 1.6 million. Homes that were $300,000 to $500,000 just 5 years ago. All moved 10 to 20 people into the homes many generations, and married adults with children. They are buying single family homes and making them into hotels for an entire expanded family. King County needs a complete gutting of the government officials. We have homeless everywhere or hoards of people living on top of each other in way over priced homes.
🌿Thank you for sharing this super informative video. I'm a fan of your videos in general, they seem well-balanced and well-focused on the needs of your clients. I'd love to see you explore Mill Creek's Country Club area in more detail at some point in a future video. As you kindly mentioned in your Mill Creek video, our 'master planned' city features top-rated schools, 23 miles of private hiking trails, and a range of resort-style amenities, including a tennis club, swim club, Country Club, and an excellent golf course, as well as an award winning Town Center - ALL of which can be accessed by strolling along our beautiful sidewalks. With a strong focus on safety and community, there's a 25 mph speed limit throughout and a restriction on campers and parked cars, Mill Creek offers a unique blend of recreation, convenience, and tranquility. The non-rush hour travel time to South Lake Union (SLU) in Seattle and to Amazon in Bellevue is, a quite reasonable 23-26 minutes, and Mill Creek shares very similar commuting times with Sammamish, Bothell, and Issaquah. Thanks again Bryce Greenleaf! Mill Creek Owners 🏡 Also it's worth mentioning crime data for the best suburbs in King County are very similar to Mill Creek's numbers: kingcounty.gov/en/legacy/depts/sheriff/news-media/crime_data AND snohomishcountywa.gov/236/Community-Crime-Map

I live in the Greenwood area of Seattle and I couldn't be happier, the crime is almost non-existent yet it was not included in the list.
Stay out of Renton, parts of Everett(Casino road) or too close to Aurora avenue. These other towns are insanely expensive.
Casino Road is a straight up hood
Safe equals expensive and not affordable unless you are a tech bro.

Surprised Mukilteo didn’t make the list.

Who in the world are these folks that can afford 700k-1 million dollar homes?

You forgot Woodinville.
good work❤
anything on Lynnwood?
Some cities I'd avoid: Olympia, fairwood (renton), auburn, down town renton, kent... From a life long resident I would highly avoid these cities.
Not all of Auburn. Stay away from the Valley. Lakeland hills is a very safe, family friendly community.
Agree. Those are all pretty bad with high crime, homeless, etc.
Bellevue. Lived there a few years. HATED it.

I think Walz is from Enumclaw, if you're local, you know, haha.
😂🤣🤣
With his horse of course 😄
Mr. Hands lives.
The safest Seattle suburb: Idaho.
Good one 👍👍👍👍
Not for everyone.
Not for women.
@@supervixen8556 That's odd. I just went to the Eastern Idaho Fair last week. Plenty of women! :)
Good god how do they all afford these places. 😢
exactly.
Must all be tech bros. Regular working people could never afford it.
How abt Shoreline?
Not the safest.
@@yordanpopov ty!
@@ツイヅラ it's still much safer than Seattle, just not the safest suburb.
@@yordanpopov i was looking for some safe places to live to study in Seattle, so ur video n comments helped me a lot. Thanks! Just subscribed︎︎👍
Starter homes?
Another state
Eastern Wa
No such thing in Western WA.
I noticed you named no neighborhoods in Seattle, just other towns that are safe to live in.
The takeaway-Seattle is not safe😂
Maple Valley USED to be a nice place. Old info........
