    It always seems to make a difference, even though I always think 'What's the point of telling myself to breathe, something I'm already doing?' right beforehand...

    this is a real challenge to me....it made me sweat...can you believe it?
    I need to practice more, I’ll come back to this short practice on a regular basis 🙏
