The tool at 7:03 is called a star drill. They were used to drill wholes in stone, concrete, masonry, etc. You would hit it with a sledge and then turn it a quarter turn, hit it again and so on.
100%, I used one once and I really appreciated my sds hammer drill after that day :P
The one he has is really worn out.
I remember as a kid holding one while dad whacked it with a sledge- making a new window hole in the foundation

Restore the box please? A lot of these tools can be cleaned up with steel wool and wd40.

my uncle's toolboxes were full of masonry drill bites too they were well worn out before they got here they always did their magic on them tooks to look like ther new

What a load of crap, the box was worth it though, clean and refurbish should be good for years to to come
