Great video. I purchased a Char Broil grill from Lowes 2 years ago. Luckily I found the manual and did not realize the burner parts are warranted for 5 years!!! I almost ordered replacement burners for over $70. They registered my grill over the phone and only charged me $5 for shipping!!! Not all parts are warranted for the 5 years so call them before you spend money out of pocket, It was definitely worth the call!
Thanks for the video, very helpful and right to the point. This will be my last Charbroil grill. Their customer service is horrible. Just spent 45 min via chat with them to get replacement parts under warranty. Then, they tell me to call a 1 800 number with a claim number they gave me. I called that number and remained on hold for 20 min until I gave up and called again. Once again, put on hold 15 minutes. I finally hung up. I bought the kit myself via amazon. Will install it this week and hope to get a couple more years out of it then I am moving on to try a Webber.
Good morning Sir 😊 Yes that BBQ burner needed a good service maintenance and yes it better than buying a new one for sure 😊👍Keep up the good work Sir Cheers 👍😊
I was collecting too many gas pits due to worn out burners. People would throw them away and all that needed to be done was replace the worn out burners. I ended up with way too many gas pits and all I really grill with is charcoal. People really don't know how to fix the simplest things nowadays. Another thing is the heat shields. Pretty easy to fab new ones that will last a lot longer than the factory junk.
I have a char broil grill. It has been more of a pain in the a... than i imagined or wanted. Seems sort of high maintenance. Im going back to charcoal.
@TheU-hv8qj yep gas grills can be a maintenance pain. I myself have a kamado Joe charcoal grill and love the ease of maintenance. Thanks for stopping in

Did the kit come with new pins or were those the old pins?
Nice info.
It came with new pins. Thanks!
Thank you
How do you adjust the flame so it's not yellow. They had a sleeve you could turn but not on these
We never had to adjust them, ours worked fine, is your tank low?
Why not fire up the grill when the tubes were exposed to show the blue flames?
At the 10:35 mark we start them up and can see the flame exposed. Thanks for stopping by
Where's the footage of it working and cooking lol
