Nostalgic to watch you surgically dismantle this game that I have memories of spastically rampaging around when it first came out. Thanks for all the effort!

Very impressive joltz, speedrunning has been a common thing for your channel every time a 100k subs has hit and for it to be a bl1 sppedrun and not for that reason is incredible. I could tell a lot of time and effort was put in by just the gameplay. Well done, "You still working on that mission" Joltz.

Yeah BL1 and 2 look and feel very different, with even a lot of mechanics changing between installments (revolvers change completely and get basically limited to Jakobs, weapon brand gimmicks change and get intensified a lot with 2, the tone shifts quite a bit, lots of weapon types are removed (masher revolvers, anarchist SMGs) and added (almost every weapon that banks hard on the brand gimmick). It leads to a fresh experience hopping from one to the other. It feels like 2 was what solidified what the series is, as most of what comes after pulls more off of it than off of 1, but I couldn't call either better or worse.
