I got hooked up with a realtor and investor they throw addresses without cities or even zip codes ay me all the time. Ive learned to verify when it’s questionable. Mowed 2 properties by acccidednt, the plot twist is both became bi weekly’s since.good stuff brother, im training my son who’s going into his sophomore year, i have him watching your videos. The next 4 months in Florida are the worst temperatures imaginable…I’m at 96 yards solo, 59 are smaller beach yards but still…I know the feeling of already being burnt out…more power to you my friend
My 2 year old Redmax blower definitely has trouble cranking up when it gets too hot outside. In the past I've had the same issues with 21 inch mowers. I always try to park in shady areas but some properties there is no dark coverage and then I'm out there pulling on those cords for 10 minutes 😢

In south Florida the heat index is over 100, tomorrow I am doing my last big trimming job until the weather cools down. This is the first year I am making this choice. Early on, for me it was about the realization that I'm not getting paid hauling equipment around town - you get paid when it's unloaded and running - so, definitely prefer the larger jobs. Yeah, I'd probably fire ~80% of em as well. Good help is hard to find, so you gotta pay 'em well and keep them busy. That jerk really wasted your back yard, looked like a 2" or shorter hack job.

I don't run 3 man crew's I just run 2 guys to each truck because we do small yards but if I did run a 3 man I'd like to see $1800 a day. We do alot of small $50 yards and have 15 or so in each subdivision so that cuts drive time down allowing 2 guys to do average 30 $50 a day. I been doing this 35 years and it's been tough getting my business set up the way it is now.

Good video Randall, it’s good to have properties you can mow when it’s wet. I’ve got a bunch of rentals and others that can still be mowed when it’s damp.. need to around $1500/ day at least with 3 guys imo

I am in my mid 50s. I have always been confounded by people owning a home and not cutting their own grass. I guess at the heart of it it offends my sensibilities I wish all the landscapers best of luck in getting top dollar for their hard work they do for their lazy customers

Man the work ain’t worth the money y’all should have made at least 5k cause of the cost to run that kind of business is to much stress for me so I do it as a side hustle cause it’s a passion of mine it doesn’t make enough money consistently considering I can take the cost of one of your mowers and be making 200k a month from the confort of my own home working only 10 hours a week and it’s called day trading in the Nas or US 30 or Gold and a few others in the trading market now I graduated to the big dogs passive income thru real estate but I still have my passions of cutting grass in countryside I can’t do it for a living cause you miss the best part of the year spring summer and fall well I thought I mentioned this so u can get some time back and still be financially free
