Actually, no. In my opinion, this is one of the weakest performances of this concert. Of course, you should not expect some depth of interpretation from a young musician. But from the point of view of a professional, there is not a single difficult place here that he would not have played with mistakes or would not have experienced serious inconvenience when playing. Technically, the guy is not prepared, plays dirty, raises his fingers high while playing and abuses the left pedal very much...Thank God, the audience is not very demanding.
@@AlexPashkov : "the guy" is the well-renowned Lucas Jussen, who gives together with his brother Arthur Jussen worldwide concerts with and without well-known orchestras. His technique is rather good, (where does he play dirty?), the left pedal abuse is a century-long discussion, and about "fingers" have books been written. So I take your criticism as personal remarks, which aren't valid for everyone!
@@stranraerwal I'm a professional pianist and I play the piano much better than this capable, but very tight-lipped kid. My criticism in this case is more than fair. I have been giving piano lessons for more than 30 years, and I can immediately see the potential of a musician. In general, our discussion would be more substantive if you watched the videos on my channel.
Your fingers glide across the keys, like a skater across ice. It is quite profound to watch.....e
