I think he's one of the WORLD's best ever. Comedians in the US are so "woke" that they are no longer funny. I'm glad I have Michael that I can watch and know I'll be listening to someone that will make me laugh instead of someone that will just tick me off.
I certainly did relate when he said that his cards to his wife have started saying, "I still love you. See last year's card for details." When we had been married about 20 years I asked my husband if he loved me and he said, "I told you once that I love you. If I ever change my mind I'll let you know."
I woke up to this show this morning 🤣🤣 I've been grieving and depressed for months. Mornings are tough. This morning my husband said, it's so nice to hear you really laughing(snorting). ❣👌 I might try skip walking today 😁
Michael relates to normal human behaviour so spot on - great to see he knows - thinking he must live the same life as all of us and knows how to humourise it 👍🏿
Frankie Boyle, Bill Bailey, Greg Davies, Bill Hicks, Russell Howard, Jimmy Carr, Noel Fielding, Richard Ayoade, Flight of the Conchords, Mo Gilligan, Rob Becket, Larry Dean, Al Murray, Dara ó Briain, Russell Kane, Dave Gorman, Jamali Maddix and Charlie Brooker could be argued to be the best comedians but not Michael McIntyre. Why do you like him that much?
I loved the bit about saying goodbye on the phone. My plumber says Goodbye...bye...bye...bye with the 'byes' getting slightly fainter as he goes along. It always makes me smile!
After watching this I actually took the time to observe my 5 year old nephew skipping while we were walking to the park. He looked so happy I really wanted to try it....but I dared not. Michael's voice was ringing in my head "unacceptable for anyone above the age of 6"
Who is going to say something? They will probably be wishing they had the courage to rebel against social expectations too. I am so going to to do it today. I was running my son's bike yesterday. #bearebel #courageandjoy

This laugh snort thing reminds me - don't ask me why - of what happened to me maybe 45 years ago. I had a cold and hiccups. Suddenly I felt a cough and a sneeze building up at the same time, and found myself struggling to figure out which one to prepare for first, and which one I would be able to hold back. I also new the release - whichever one - necessarily had to edge closer to the next hiccup, the more I tried to delay events. On top of that I also felt a fart building up. Now the situation was so hilarious that I just could not hold back laughing. It all exploded in a disastrous symphony that left me laughing for weeks.
Oh god, the bus skit, my stomach is so sore from laughing. I can picture it so clearly! If I can add, the snot sneeze is bad but the cough fart is worse!
I have a couple of friends that both laugh/snort. It's funny when they are apart, but when they are in the same room, when they laugh/snort it makes them laugh that much harder and laugh/snorts are even more inevitable!! It's hilarious!!
yeah, the arm swinging actually has a purpose, as it shifts the weight of the upper side of your body towards the foot that's going the land in front of you. it not only keeps momentum, but helps with balance, and actually conserves energy rather than wasting it. very weird to see someone who keeps their arms directly at their sides though lol.
I find it awkward to swing my arms when walking. i try but there is still more not moving than moving, like a half swing. Don’t hate the immovability :(
Steve A yeah, he was exaggerating the swinging of the arms to show it more blatently, especially for the people in the back of the audience who can't see as well. it's usually a lot more subtle than the example he gave. it's just when they stay completely still at your sides (unless it's cold and you have your hands in your hoodie pocket for warmth or something), it looks very rigid, like you're extremely tense.

My first daughter knew over 200 words before she was two-years-old and held conversations. My cousin and I worked with her a lot. The funny thing is, she's now 26 and hasn't been big on talking most of her pre adult and adult life, rather like me. My second daughter didn't say much until she was about three-years-old, even though we worked with her as well. But, you could tell she was listening and understanding. When she started talking, only a few of us knew her language. Both had their own way of saying a few words for a while, but the second especially. Once the second got started, she became a huge talker, and still is, at nearly 18. 🤣
Hello used to be spelled Hellow because it comes from the old greeting: hell is low. People used to also say: Heaven is high which eventually shortened to Hi.
😂 This is hilarious, genuinely made me laugh. Had to pause it a few times because of that 😂. Especially loved the bus part. I too would find that incredibly funny and would tell the people next to me how funny it was.
His whole physical presence is hilarious..if he were tall, elegant, refined looking..he wouldn't be nearly as funny.. the fact that he's not particularly tall, a little stout of shape and, basically, TRUNDLES around the stage, rather like a toddler on a GOOD day.. just makes him so ridiculously funny..voices, too, add enormously to make someone funny..I cannot see (or rather, hear) Sarah Millican being half as funny if it weren't for her Jordie accent.
