      I have Nailboo, instead or Kiara Sky. When applying the top coat, I experience the brush hardening while I'm using it. It's impossible to do a 2nd layer of top coat because of the hard brush. Does anyone else experience this? What can I do to stop this from happening?

      @@kierrakeith5828 I watched a video earlier in which she said you might not be waiting long enough for the activator layer to dry, so it’s causing a chemical reaction with the base coat on your brush. Make sure the nail is dry, and wipe a little alcohol on it before using the base coat. She also said she keeps a paper towel beside her and wipes the brush off on it to keep it from getting contaminated.

      Tegan Smith Acrylic will damage your nailbeds as with their dip powder will give it vitamin E and help strengthen your nail instead of damage it, Also gluing the tips on your natural nail won’t necessarily damage it when you rip it off is when it can damage your nail!

    • @crux6331
      @crux6331 5 років тому +1

      LeenaWow that is bullshit. They’re both acrylic. Dip is just formulated a bit different and a thinner powder but they’re still the same. That whole “vitamin infused organic dip powder” companies sell is merely just a marketing gimmick. Acrylic helps grow the nails out, and doesn’t damage as long as you know what you’re doing as a nail tech and the customer cares for them properly. You’re right though, pulling nails off (fake and gel polish, ruins your nails.)

      It depends on the brand of dip you buy. Most brands have their own dip bond that works with their line. Bond is use before you apply the resin glue. So bond your nails, wait 30 sec for it to dry, then go in with the glue, paint very thinly, then dip.

    I applied white nail tip. When i dipped my nail in powder ...the transition between white nail tip nd my natural nail was very sharp nd color pay off on nail tip nd original nail was also different.

    Hi Kiara I just subscribed to your channel. I have a small request, can you please right down for the viewers the name of the equipment you are using so that we know what to buy in order to get the nails done.
    Interesting nail art going on there 💕💅💥

    Going to try this for topcoat after sealant. My brush keeps hardening after sealer.

      Kiara Sky Nails thank.you but the color im.looking at is on tour left index finger around 1:26. It's a lighter glitter than the one you are putting on the clients nails.

      I cannot praise your company enough. I bought your starter kit many months ago and thought it was good. However I was seduced into buying lots of various acrylics and polygel, not to mention all the gorgeous colour gel polishes. I did develop contact dermatitis from what I don’t know but suspect gel products. I so love doing nails and was so disappointed and darent put anything on my nails. I did eventually go back to my Kiara Sky system and wow! No problem, I’m over the moon. I’ve therefore bought loads of colours and gold and silver and looking forward to receiving them soon, I’m in the UK SO USED A UK SUPPLIER. I must say I’m not too happy with the top coat as it doesn’t shine much and despite little use the bottle is all glued up and useless. Can you suggest another of your top coats, I assume it would need to be air dry but open to suggestions. Thank you once again. Best wishes Annette x
