When a new subscriber meet the qualifications to get opted in for the automation email- will they get another email automatically when another subscriber joins or does the system only allow one time?

Example: Customer reads first email, doesnt respond --> write another email Customer doesnt open first email --> write second mail with other subject Customer reads first and second email and does not respons --> do that We use that function very well in replyapp. But they dont support html emails. thank you!

Thanks Josh. Very helpful video. I'm just moving from a big comprehensive marketing automation suite into doing many of their functions myself using separate tools. I knew MailChimp had automation but I didn't know they had drip campaigns, so I'm looking forward to doing my first one.

EDIT: Found it myself, the button "Edit Workflow setting" on top right corner in the automation editor has a dropdown menu ONLY when the automation is already running and you go back to edit it afterwards. Then you can select "Add subscribers to workflow" from the dropdown and import everything from the list to include everyone who subscribed already earlier. For these imported subscribers the workflow starts 'now', so when your first trigger is '1 hour after list join', then the imported ones will get it 1 hour after the moment when you imported & saved/started the workflow.
Can you use an email you have previously sent out by itself or within another automation with a new automation or do you have to create the emails from scratch every time?

My issue with Automations is that you cannot easily put a new mail into the beginning. It actually switches two mails together, instead of just flipping the new mail where you want it to be. Any idea with that?

I mean : if the user clicks, i'd like the workflow to end, and if he doesn't, I'd like it to continue.
I have been wondering how this works and I am well impressed with how easy it is to use and navigate. I have my account synced to shopify and can't wait to set some of these up. GREAT VIDEO. Well done

I’ve been looking at platforms to simplify my marketing activity. The bigger platforms are too expensive for me and so I’m having to couple multiple systems together. This video was JUST what I needed. I’ve learnt something about MailChimp and how to solve a problem that I have. Thanks!
Finally, I found a great video. May i know how to avoid the Gmail Promotions Tab and Get in Primary Tab, because normally Abandoned Cart Recovery Email will go to Promotions , and people won't open it .
