This home is really beautiful. Love the layout. Love the color scheme. I think it's just lovely.
Love the laundry has a outside door and excess to a bathroom. The home is great size.
I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. There is no tub in the master bathroom.
I like the long island with nothing in the top. Makes for a great work surface. Love all that storage! Yozaa! I love twists and turns too, and little spots that are so different from a normal house. So many houses you can walk into someone else's and know where the bathroom is.
I really like this home but for one thing. Why do they have the refrigerator so close to the stove. You cannot open that freezer door on the refrigerator without it practically hitting the front of the stove. That would be the only thing I would question in the design. Other than that I love it!
Hey I'm not a lazy Susan.😊 like the kitchen. Guest rooms are nice size and nice size closets. I love the storage closet in utility room. Nice size primary bedroom. Thank God the closet is not in the bathroom!

Shower+tub=Shub....right??? This home is lovely. Not too big or over the top. A really nice size. Love the cupboard for coats and shoes on entry. Nice firplace in the living room and its perfect.

Good layout. The bedrooms are small but there is plenty of storage space.
The inside layout is uniquely laid out with the two entryways into the bathroom that can be accessed from the hall as well as the utility room. I'm the same way, Chance. I absolutely love a place that has twists in turns, like what's around that corner!
Love all the storage room this one provides, too! I would prefer the off-white cabinets with a farmhouse sink. Also, I'm not too fond of the entryway. I like a full porch across the front that wraps around the side with an entrance way into the kitchen to offload grocies. I most definitely love all the storage closets this one has, though! Most definitely not lacking in that department for sure! Love the huge pantry. Whoohoo! The only thing is it is way overpriced for a modular when I can have a site built for that price! Thanks for showing us though!
I really like this home but I was really impressed with the closets. Wish it had a tub in the master bedroom.

Great covered entry.
I had pulls on my camper cabnets and drawers, like those in the kitchen, but i had to change them out because I kept cutting my leg on the corners. Very nice layout for that amount of sq footage. I never dreamed of a closet in a utility room . Awesome home. Needs a water closet in master though...

Master closet should be accessible from the master bath, & that wall is clear, a pocket door into the bathroom would be convenient. Refrigerator should be on the end.
I prefer that the master closet opens directly to the bedroom. Keeps smells and humidity out of the clothes.
The corner pantry was in the laundry room. No pantry dance!!
Beautiful home! Where's the hot water heater and the furnace? Did I miss it?
All the twists and turns create a maze that makes it seem larger.

I wish you would tell where you are exactly. Sometimes you don't say it, or it's said so fast we miss it. Maybe put in in text at the beginning of your videos. Would be handy. Just a suggestion. Love your videos!
I too am not a fan of the oven so close to the fridge. Otherwise, I like the layout!

It is very beautiful, not enough counter space or a pantry, but still pretty nice.
This floorplan is great, but the refrigerator sticks out too far in the kitchen. I'd do a smaller fridge, or move the stove to the island. Also, the master bathroom seems cramped. Hopefully, it could be changed so there's a water closet and a separate tub.

Don't like recessed front door, goes right into the hall closet. Tough to get furniture in through the door. What's with the little cubby next to fridge? Needs tall boy toilets. Do love all the closets by the back door.
They need to have better counter tops like solid surface and a tile backsplash.
So where is the heater located? And the water heater?

This is a lovely home both inside and out. But what makes this a modular home? It looks to be a mobile home that can be transported in one piece. I’m trying to understand the difference. Thank you!

I live in NM and the houses with the vinyl siding all look terrible after a while when they sag and wrinkle from the sun here. What other options are there like concrete or stucco ?
