This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Skyline Homes. The model for this home is the “Cider Mills SugarCreek”! This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,500 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Nice home, I do like most everything about it. I would love to see a fireplace in the living room. And I think all homes should have a place in the utility room for an upright freezer. Small things really, but love the colors and yes the black faucets and accessories. Great job showing. I have watched your show since the very beginning and you have gotten much more professional while keeping your great sense of humor. Just keep up the great work👍👍‼️‼️
I agree, there is never any room in the utility rooms. Sure a freezer upright or chest type freezer that's really disappointing
Oh man! I love this one! As for someone for Michigan saying, "You're from the south, ain't ya".... I'm from Michigan but live in Tennessee and people here say, " You ain't from around here are ya"? I guess people are curious everywhere or observant or whatever you want to call it.

One thing that's important, and it looks like this home has it, is a vent over the stove to the outside. If you don't have that vent, you could really be stuck with some cooking odors that you really would prefer to be vented out.
Yep! I've said it before & I'll say it again, That's the shelf (above the stove) where the cat sits to judge you while you cook. 😹😹

This is Home Sweet Home, Chance! Champion is SERIOUSLY impressing me with their houses. I dont think I've come across any homes of theirs that I didn't fall head over heels for. If and when I get the opportunity to buy myself my first home, I'm definitely going with Champion. By the way...this house definitely WINS!
Love the exterior! Love the light and bright dining area. Love the ceiling fan in the living room! Love the dark faucets in the baths. I wouldn't want gold.

I absolutely really love this place. I really love the exterior front exterior on it.
I do love the kitchen. Plenty of drawers 12 I think I saw!. Something about it reminds me a home from the 50s or so. This house reminds me of a 'real' stick built house as it doesn't give you thr impression of two single wides stuck together. It helps when the bend the hall a bit. Love the linen storage in the master bath!!!

I love this house! It would be perfect with a basement and garage connected to it. Sugar Creek is only about 20 minutes south of me. Lots of really nice stuff made down there.

I would probably hang maybe some utensils but also my cast iron. I like the kitchen and the utility room except I think it would need a place for a hamper I would like a pantry a furnace cupboards that go to the ceiling a bath in the master one sink
I'm not sure about the front door opening into the dining room. The furnace was really loud! The surround in the main bedroom bath was, mmm, very busy. Over-all thechouse was ok. 😊😊😊

This is almost a traditional house. no different. This type of prefabricated house is so beautiful and close to a traditional house.
I've seen plenty of these home videos but the one thing that always irks me is when they make the closets for the non master bedrooms are small. Like I've never met a person that didn't have their railing break because they didn't have enough space or there clothes were too heavy. I wish all homes would at least have a decent size closet for the other rooms
This is a nice house but it doesn’t do much for me. My favorite part is the front porch. Great video though Chance we’ll keep watching

I'm sorry but if that's the furnace it's way too loud and it sounds like somethings wrong with it. Not my type of furnace lol Nice house other wise.
Would love if you said what time of day it is to get an idea of when the sun comes in and the direction of the set up. Also the estimated size of the tv area would be a plus. Thanks!!
The only thing I don't like is the air conditioning vents are in the floor.

I love the floor plan, but what’s up with the workmanship? I see broken tiles, missing grout and a loud furnace, plus on the exterior there are other issues with the siding. Looks like it’s been slapped together poorly.
What’s the difference between prefab and manufactured?

Well it's a little bit on the high side as far as the price because you know it's going to be even more than what is quoted with all the extra fees and whatnot please try to get units that are under $100,000 on this channel and make sure that they're linkable and something that we can obtain you ready did this to one single wide and we cannot get any information on it
The house was nice but I don't know why anyone need a window in the shower.

Pretty home, but I don't care for the layout. Beautiful kitchen, but I don't like the dining area at the front door. No fireplace or pantry. The guest bathroom is nicer & more spacious than the master bath. The furnace is very loud.
That home be perfect for a disabled or elderly or a couple with no children or a single person..
I like the house ok but that is the Loudest air system. I can hear it from every room. No thank you.
That wasn’t normal, maybe Chance will clarify why that was so loud.
I bet once you get furniture in the house it will absorb a lot of the noise.
