It's time for a little education! Mega Man goes Wakko by singing every Robot Master's weakness. So memorize this song and you'll be more than ready for to fight for everlasting peace.

The "w-Mega Man" had me in stitches. It's a hardly noticeable reference to the hilariously abysmal English dubbing of the cutscenes from MM8.

I like to imagine this as a song that, in a world where knowing the Megaman Robot Masters weaknesses is a common everyday skill, is shown to young children to help them remember the weakness order

The thing with Metal Blade. Some of the bosses that are "weak to it" aren't actually code wise... Thats just how oppressive Metal Blade is.

I've always thought that Mega Man 3 had the most interesting boss weaknesses. Mainly because instead of one big circle of weaknesses, you have two circles. Meaning you'll always have to overcome at least two robot masters using the Mega Buster, instead of only one. Making for a bit more of a challenge when you already know the weaknesses, and also making for a bit less of a linear progression through the game, rather than just picking the easiest guy and then going in weakness order from there through the remaining seven.
Aw heck!! There's also the Doc Robot weaknesses in the second phase of Mega Man 3!! Not to mention Proto Man / Break Man!
@@bardinblue9830 Does Proto Man even have a weakness? I've honestly never tried using anything on him other than the Mega Buster. Even as a kid, I always found him too easy to bother experimenting with anything else.

it's not technically inaccurate to say metal man's weakness is metal blade, but his _normal, non-joke_ weakness is quick boomerang...

@@keaton5101 I know that because I always go for quick boomerang early, it's a ridiculously good weapon in itself. It uses very little ammo, you get it back if you miss and catch it and it is stronger than the mega buster.
then again, I never play on easy so... you know.

It's like stumbling across an old friend you had good memories with but haven't seen since highschool. Hell, for me since /before/ highschool. I remember the day you ended Brawl in the Family I went back and read the entire comic start to finish and by the end i was crying. Getting another song from you made my day basically right as I woke up.
This feels like an educational video for kids Mega Man players, those kids who have trouble defeating a robot master

Tbh, I actually first had my volume off when I first started playing this, and just by the length of the violin sections and each line as it appeared on screen, as well as the remixes this channel has already done, I was able to tell what tune this had.

This was amazing! You managed to combine the Animaniacs with Mega Man in a really cute and charming way, plus the song lyrics and rhymes were really clever. The drawings were also pretty good too, they looked really game accurate.I can tell you put a lot of thought and effort into this, am I think it all payed off in the end. Nice work, this was a silly, fun time!

And on Mega Man: The Wily Wars for Sega, there's Buster Rod G, Mega Water S, and Hyper Storm H! Roll mentioned Mega Man & Bass, which re-uses two Robot Masters from Mega Man 8.

it is kind of funny to me how capcom doesn't count MM&B in the main series and yet Nintendo's over there trying to include the mobile runner in the mainline mario games.
I'm glad Roll pointed out the exact thing I was going to point out. _Rockman & Forte_ happens to be my favorite game in the Classic series, so not having that in the song bothers me.
… but not as much as not having _Mega Man Powered Up._ Or the fact it wasn't mentioned that that the _Mega Man 3_ bosses are weak to their own weapons. Someone didn't do their research. 😼
