I have always made content throughout my professional career, however, it has always been for someone else. In May 2020 I decided that it was time to create something for myself. Football Manager has always been a game that I have loved so wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the tips and tricks that I've learnt!

always set up my coaches, first thing I do in every save and at the start of every season
In my opinion, the reason the managers didn't bother with training schedule and using that kind of rest is they only got 3 seasons, it was less about the future and more about maximizing the present.
If they have a bit more season, let's say 5 seasons, I don't think they'll ignore training schedule since youngsters' development towards the 5th season would be a factor they need to consider
That 4231 that won the tournament is seriously broken. With the updated database (players and leagues) I came 2nd on in the Prem with Brighton, and won the FA Cup. I didn’t make any transfers of my own either.

Some great tips! Just want to ask how big of a difference is there between the german 4231 or the indonesian 4231 or they pretty much as good as each other?
Fm buffing the Japanese regens to hopefully make them better than prime Brazil will be historic with this version of fm. Next I hope fm buff San Marino, Latvia and Sri Lanka.
Would love all of this kind of thing. How quickly could they dominate the world?

7:00 - Does that apply to pre-season training too? So no endurance, quickness and resistance training to get ready for the upcoming season?
