The 3 Main Benefits of Practicing Breathwork
    1. Cleanse & Detox the Body: This important physical purge is normal and healthy which can include burping, coughing, sweating, and more. Feel your vitality soar as you release blockages and impurities, resetting to your body's natural rhythms.
    2. Enhance Mental Clarity & Focus: You may achieve heightened mental clarity and razor-sharp concentration with DMT Breathing. Experience the sensation of mental fog lifting and focus intensifying as your mind becomes exceptionally clear and alert.
    3. Awaken Your True Spirit Self: You may connect with your authentic self through DMT Breathing. Enjoy a profound sense of spiritual awakening and heightened awareness as you peel back layers of ego and find deep inner peace.

I love the creation process, especially knowing it can bring you the same joy and transformation I experienced in 2018 at my first Wim Hof event I attended. I strive to make it easy for you to Just Press Play and start breathing.
Before breathwork its best to avoid heavy meals or lots of caffeine before a session. Opt for light foods like fruits or something with whole food ingredients if you're hungry. Stay hydrated, but limit water intake right before the session.
    Safety Reminder:
By participating you acknowledge and agree that you are undertaking these activities at your own risk. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, including breathwork sessions. The creators and facilitators of this session assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries or damages resulting from your participation. Please listen to your body, practice safely, and stop if you experience any discomfort or medical issues during the session.

      Hello from Romania!
      Great work!
Feels great, though I only make 3 rounds in a sesioin.
A longer retension takes me high, so I have to pause the video and watch a cronometer.
So a video with a longer retention would be awesome.

Hi Dan. Thank you for creating such helpful content. A group of us use your videos every morning before cold plunging. I am a person in long term recovery from drugs and alcohol. I was depressed after a failed back surgery. The pain was so bad, so I started using your videos before getting in the cold water. 33 degrees for 5 minutes. Now, most days I am pain free with this new routine. But the best part has been the breathing! I feel calm and centered, thanks to you. Thank you.

Just a lil feedback from an editor: It seems like you are a bit overloaded with your clips at the moment. Especially in this one, for example in Round 4 (Retention/19min) you have soundpeaks cause of noblends every 10 seconds, which is really the badest for a meditationlike clip..This was the first clip from you which I stopped in the middle because of that.

@@nonameneeded336 I find the practice to be a valuable tool gain mental clarity. I would encourage you to be mindful and intentional with your approach. Connecting with your body and subconscious through breathwork can reinvigorate the imagination, but without concentration and intentionality, it is left to the winds of unconscious influences.
Consider using the practice with the intention of empowering your spiritual discernment. You may also find benefit to dwelling on the words of Jesus during breathwork, as a way to ground your experience in teachings you trust.
Regarding the question, is the metaphysical real? That is a valuable thing to ponder. From my perspective and beliefs, each jndividuals subjective experience can be influenced by subconscious and unconscious factors, so in this way we can create experiences that are percieved as entirely real within our awareness. Strengthening discernment and mindfulness help us to see through the smokescreen of unconscious influence and become free of them.
What do you think, regarding the question?
