'You may need to cut them' touch the two wires together and it should work. By doing this You will compete the circuit and it will give power the the the motor and computer. If this dose not work check your batteries and your computer controller. If you scooter works after this you need to wrap electric tape around them so that they will keep contact. Sodering and electric tape works the best.
