If you want the top cover off without breaking the clip on tabs off... Heat the metal housing with a butane torch lighter. This releases the glue, and the cover pops right off. Be careful with the lighter not to get too close...you won't even damage the paint, or the plastic
Yes ! For that you would simply have to wire your back light positive and negative to the controller positive &negative terminals.. And that’s it ! When you turn your scooter on your back light will turn on and when you turn it off your back light will turn off with it.

forsure ! make sure your scooter is legally obtained. Never take this home and do it at your house more or less residence. This GPS will track you on point. Unless you’re using a GPS jammer which will throw off the signal to a different location.. in my case the scooter was completely dead , both battery at the bottom of the scooter, and the back up battery for the GPS unit device was also dead. That being said the last location for this scooter is wherever it died at.
You can’t . The esc is locked 🔒 to 15 mph.you would need to get rid of the original controller and install an aftermarket controller from Amazon, I have videos posted of different kits that are available ,install that and you can reach speeds up to 26/27 mph

You do nothing with them tape them off and throw out the gps and the battery break it with a hammer and don't do this at your house it send a GPS signlento the location it was last at there more videos you can watch to do this
Yea it’s a 5v back up battery pack for the GPS unit. You can remove the battery at the bottom and the GPS unit is still active at the top until you disconnect it’s power source from up top..
If you're worried about it.. just cut the wire harness off and toss the circuit board and battery housing in the recycle bin... No! Not the one at your house 😉

I do them all this way now. It hauls ass, and can climb steep hills, even riding double I have tried several controllers this one is very quiet and very strong. Have fun!

Batteries don't last forever also. Leave it in a trash can for a few weeks prior to modding. Once everything is dead then it's cake.
The only thing with the lime scooters is that the hub motors do not have Hall effect wires, but yes I can absolutely get a lime scooter to run, it’ll sound a little loud because it has no hall wires tho. Hall sensors are commonly used to time the speed of wheels and shafts. Hall sensor wires to take the position of the magnets in the motor. Unlike the bird scooters they have 3 motor wires and 6 hall wires which allows a smoother ride.. Your best bet is to just flash the controller since that is doable with the lime scooters.
I can clone the IMEI of the iot using my web26 LTE router and put the sim in it they would think its iot still but pulling alot of data would may be raise suspicion

I don’t know too much about the link Scooters but I can tell you the process is the same on any scooter out there. Replace the existing controller with a aftermarket controller , based on the voltage of the battery pack that will determine what size controller you need for your scooter . For example 836 V battery requires a 36 V brushless controller and A 48 V battery requires a 48 V controller.use a voltage meter and measure your battery pack. If it measures zero v or anything around that number then you need to open up your battery pack and bypass the output. Grab you a wire kit from Amazon , wire cutters etc . See my video descriptions for product links that I used .
I only install two buttons on my scooters 1 for the headlight the other for the taillight. Unless I’m adding something additional then I’ll add whatever needs to be added. But there is no button going to the circuitboard, it might look that way but if you’re talking about the button on the right side that’s actually going to my headlight.
The GPS module is definitely not in the stem or housing anyways.I say that because being enclosed around that material Metal/steel/aluminum whatever the hell the scooter is made of can make the GPS tracking points untraceable ! So it’s somewheres up top definitely!

I took videos proving it an eye sore and that it was most def abandoned……and now mine. This law was set into place during the first wave of personal electric vehicles such as the shitty bikes that littered cities everywhere and were left that way when the companies collapsed. P.A.L. This law at least stands in Cali for sure I can’t say about anywhere else but straight up fuck these guys anyway.
