Hi Gokce The issue was due to a defective wash pump. Drain pump was OK The power board measures current consumption by the 3 phase brushless heat pump. The current draw was out of spec and hence you get an E24 error. Kind regards
@@gokceb.8852 Hi Gokce I will do a video for you on the process, iam doing another repair for E24 tomorrow. Hopefully by Saturday I should be able to upload. Cheers
Hello there. What part did you replace to fix this problem? Looking forward to the solution video. Or can you just explain the solution steps? respects.
@@gokceb.8852 Hi Gokce I replaced the heat pump or wash pump. You will need to remove the bottom tray of the dishwasher. To remove the bottom tray Remove the side panels, worktop, then you will need to remove the hinge ropes supporting the door, so remove the plastic hinge covers to undo the hinge hopes and supports. Now there is an inlet drain Valve turn it slowly to release all the water from the condenser into the chamber. Have a bucket and big syringe handy to suck up all the water from the chamber. Next you will see two tabs which have to be hammer in with a plastic or rubber mallot. Once this is done the front end of the lower base frame can be dropped. Now the backend of the rear base frame the stainless tabs need to be bent and now you can drop the whole base frame and disconnect the drain hoses. Now you will have full access to the heat pump to replace it . See my channel for videos

Thank you very much for your reply. Do you have a video recording where you fixed the problem? We have the same problem with our dishwasher.

Hi, did you solve this problem?
Hi Gokse
This one had an issue with the 3phase motor controller located on the mother board.
