The worst most garbage piece of software ever. It’s literally a game breaker. There’s always a shit going on… Cloud save and achievements synchronization problems, overlay high cpu usage that literally freezes me while in a match for like 10 seconds and making my cpu 100% and super loud. Also it’s slow, laggy, and buggy as hell.. It seems they hire the most incompetent people.
No steam = no buy! Gamers want to have a clear collection of games on ONE single launcher and not spread over dozens of stupid launchers. For me, of course, steam. Please let us gamers decide for ourselves which provider we want to buy your game from.

just had a terrible time with ubi connect after buying wildlands. They kept saying I couldn’t connect to the launcher and saying couldn’t authentic ownership. finally it worked after many tries of uninstalling and reinstalling it but didn’t know the launcher was waaay worser than this
Ubiconnect is complete trash. I bought for honor on STEAM! Ubisoft can't even make good games anymore what makes them think they deserve their own launcher and force it on everyone.
I recently bought Far Cry 3 on Steam, and Ubisoft Connect took up so much space on my SSD and memory (16gb) that the game crashed within minutes of launching EVERY SINGLE TIME!
I have 2 steam accounts with games linked to 2 different ubisoft accounts. Sometimes it logs me into the wrong one, sometimes it wants to relink my accounts, one of my games can't launch and wants an activation key (over 2k hours spent on the game). It never remembers my login and currently I cant even get into my account because its temporarily locked due to suspicious activity. And guess what. Ubisoft support can't even remove the lock. LIterally a joke. If I could play R6 anywhere else I would never touch that launcher again.
far cry used to be so fun until i kid you not it wiped my saves and removed my dlcs i checked the files and im just confused also it logs me out even when pressing stay logged in and makes me log in again when launching a game

Stupidly bought Prince of Persia Lost Crown after waiting ages for Steam release .... thinking it would work as a regular Steam game without their always online UbiConnect shit. Nope. Ive already had to redownload it 3 times already (25GB) coz it said it couldnt detect Ubisoft Connect. I couldnt play PoP on plane on long holiday flight as it doesnt work at all offline. Feels like a total scam. Anti-consumer shite!!

I bought Anno 1800 yesterday (4/16/23), downloaded Ubisoft Connect, then tried to download the game. Ubisoft Connect keeps saying I don't have enough disk space so it can't download the game. It says it needs 55210 MB, but I have over 79.8 GB free on my hard disk. Nothing I have tried gets me past this problem. I want my money back so opened a ticket on their site, but who knows when or if I will ever get a response.
Im sure you’ll get a response but it’s probably some poor slave in Bangladesh working from script. Or AI. That was my experience at least. Just uninstall, it aint worth the trouble.

This damn app interferred with my mouse and my sound causing my mouse to not work and crackling sounds on speakers. Changing over to their Beta got rid of the sound problem but still stops my wireless mouse from working. Fortunately a wired mouse I have is mostly unaffected..mostly.

This shit is full of errors, i tried to uninstall r6 but its bugged, It didn't uninstall at first then it did, the app icons still remained in the desktop, and when i try to delete them i can't if i try to install again r6 It says to locate the game folder and i can't, because i have just installed it
