Go with the heavier armor. Moving a shred faster does not make you harder to hit in this aimbot-populated game. But having that extra bit of armor might buy you enough time to get behind cover. At least most of the time.
Game is infested with more hackers than Russia, you should've gave the best tip and told people not to play the game and to refund it if they already bought it.
Again, IGN gives generic advice that you learn from the shooting range tutorial. I'd suggest not wasting your time and finding another video from people who actually play the game.

They changed healing. ALL classes can heal up to full health now. Medics do get WAY more bandages tho, and a faster rez for fallen teamates.

Nice tip with the flash light except you used a tactical one which turn off when you ads so it was useless
Press t to flip it. So when you aim it turns on and stays off with hip fire.
