THE BEST CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

If you want to make the BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES that you will ever make, look no further!! I have tried hundreds of recipes to find the perfect one and now I want to share it with you!!
I've always searched for a cookie that would not bake super thing, would stay chewy inside even after it's cooled and something easy and quick to make that people will just absolutely love. This recipe has it all! Every time I make these, they disappear because people just can't get enough of them.
They have the perfect slight crisp edge and the chewiest middle that's soft even the next day (if they last that long)!

Allthough I do follow the ingredients, my method differs a bit as you will see in the video (I like to make things as simple as possible and make the least mess too!). My kids love making these with me too, I'm sure they'll love them!
In grams:
240 grams flour
3 grams baking soda
3 grams of salt
213 grams brown sugar
185 grams of melted butter
50 grams of white sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
15 ml vanilla extract
200 grams of chocolate chips

How long do they stay soft?

I would put them in a Tupperware container after they've cooled down if your planning to keep them around for a while. To be honest I'm not sure how long they'll keep for because they never last more than a couple days in our house! But I'm sure in a container they'd last 5-7 days and still stay fresh and chewy!
