The light wand is so useful! Been doing car photography at night and they come in clutch for light painting. It changes the mood to portraits! I've only used a tiny light to make my pictures though and no RGB @stratussx
Superclamps are so underrated. Besides the endless camera angles, you can use them to mount lights too. Tube lights, small COB's, flash, you name it. They handle around 30lbs of weight which is blessed!
I can not agree with you more. I always carry a number of them because you know there is going to be a time you can’t use a tripod. I love them and agree they are so underrated. You what amazes me….. is that there are so many people that say ‘ Oh Wow that is soo cool’ , just using the right tool for the job :)
Your content is dope, some years back I stumbled on your channel and got inspired to shoot a music video for a client, and that project is still my favorite out of all my work
Fisheyes are definitely underrated. When I first started shooting I had a vivitar 9mm and used and abused that thing way too much, but some of the stuff I got with it I am still happy with to this day
Quick tip for the superclamp one, I think it would be a good idea to have a secondary superclamp and a safety wire, to situations where the camera is mounted above people, too high, or in risky locations.
I’m new to your channel but have been watching these videos the last few days. All your stuff is very informative and you’re helping me out a lot. Appreciate you man thank you
Those cheap camcorders are a ton of fun. I have 4 of them. They're great gifts for kids. You can give children an early introduction to content creation. They shoot still photos as well.
Super clamps are a must! Been a long time, but I put a full size camcorder on one with an arm for another camera for a live music shoot. Come in helpful other times. I just use that as an example that you can put your trust in it to hold even a relatively heavy camera setup. Don't have a super clamp and appropriate arm? Get one!
Just joining this channel's party...GREAT stuff. One of those "Damn, I wish I'd thought of this idea!" channels! Really well done...you can see right away you're a pro who knows his stuff. And superclamps...man, you can NOT have enough superclamps. Those things have saved my ass so many times I can't count!
My student turned me on to your videos a few months ago and I love your content! The superclamp would've been super helpful for a gig I had today! I needed to mount a camera up high on a lighting scaffel, but luckily I had a tripod that could raise high enough and Gaff tape to "mount it" haha
Some super clamps come with a rubber plug for more secure flat surface mounting. Probably the most versatile thing you showed off in the video. I think a good use would be attaching a mic to a hair light boom arm for an interview setup.
yo yo Thank you for openig the gates of the creative world , growing up i didnt have access to this knowledge of creation, resources was limited , but thanks to youtube i was able to come across your page, the knowledge that you have is remarkable, thank you for sharing , because sharing is caring. Good works
This might just be my favorite video so far this year, bro!!!! I knew which shot would be your favorite somehow. I was dying laughing when you said “the texture”, cus I said the exact same thing when I saw that shot.😂😂. Great work!!!
APPRECIATE YOU!!! Being form NYC and alone out here in Maryland now i shoot everything alone! Made it to the end... also sent you a message... salute bro i see you!
I love these videos from you because these are things i would actually use. I'm all over that super clamp and laowa lens though. Thanks for the heads up
Fantastic video of super useful gear! I make french & vietnamese cooking videos in my tiny kitchen in Paris and it's a challenge to squeeze my tripod into such a tight space. I love the versatility of the super clamp so will definitely be picking one up! Thanks for sharing how you use your gear 💛✨
Hello Sir! been subscribed to your channel for years and I have a question and that is how did you mount your iphone for the shot at 7:04 I want to create something similar but don't know how I can achieve that if you have some time to spare then please give me your anwer thank you Love from India!
@YCImaging You don't happen to have a TTArtisan Fisheye Leica Mount Lens that you could giveaway, do you? I would love to use that with my Lumix S5ii. Just shooting my shot, in case that's something that's possible for you. I love these budget videos, by the way :))
I think I still have one of those old camcorders, lol! but that Super Clamp is nuts! I never thought about using the light as a supplement vs. a source. Thanks for that!
Been keeping up with the vids for a while. Always super insightful. 🔥 Been debating that fish eye lens for a minute too. Good to know it’s worth the money. It’ll be my next purchase fs
I got one of your packages, i have a quick question.. Is there a reason why you use the bars on the videos instead of making a composition that fits that format? as in.. make a composition that fits 21:9 or.. whatever you are going for. the thing with bars is they don't scale on ultrawide monitors. so for example if you play it on a 21:9 monitor, you are going to end up with bars top and bottom and left and right lol, instead of having it play full screen. maybe there is an upside to putting bars on the video, that's what i'm asking.
@arithegr8_ The articulating arm is next level. I always thought those POV shots could only be done with a camera vest POV mount. Great to see a more versatile option. This video series is super valuable.
Hi there. I've been watching your channel for a while. Love the content. Thank you for sharing your knowledge so freely. Regarding the articulating arms, I believe those might be BEST used for mounting a camera "solidly" in a confined space, like inside a car or truck. Your thoughts?
Drop a comment for the giveaway, good luck!

Sometimes I just buy super lamps just to buy them. They are useful

Super clamps rock.
You always have such great tips and tricks for us! By the way, you told me I won last month but I never got my prize.
Do you have a filter on the lens so the highlights are so gloomy?
Thnzzzz uuuuu for the knowledge!! 💌🏠🏠🏠🏠
Start off right 💪🏾 🔥
should get a lower quality camcorder instead. hd one still looks pretty modern to me. 720 or 480 looks good. vhs ones are kinda expensive nowadays
What lense are you using with your R6?
Hey bro,, how about what gimbal to use for my d7200? Please
